By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms of service.
1. Please be patient Noting/emailing me repeatedly asking about your commission will not make me draw or reply faster. I sometimes might take up to 24hours to reply to a note/email. Commissioners who do not respect this will be bumped to the end of my list or find their commissioned canceled.
2. I am a cub artist Please notice that I am mainly a cub artist, that is what I am most comfortable drawing. And even though I will draw adult characters I prefer to avoid them.
3. Drawing style and copyrighted characters I will not copy another artist’s style. I may alter my style as you wish as long as you’re requesting minor changes. Copyrighted characters are something that I prefer to avoid, though I will sometimes draw them.
4. Payment & Fees I take payments in USD through PayPal only and the commissioner’s username must be included in the payment details. Payments should be marked as personal and the payment fees must be covered by the commissioner. Information on fees can be found here.
5. Cancelation and refunds If the commissioner choses to cancel the commission I will issue a partial refund that depends on the current state of the commission. If I cancel a commission because of personal problems out of my control, I will issue a full refund. However, if I cancel a commission because the commissioner is rude or indecent in any way, I will not issue a refund.
6. Commission progress and previews I will show my progress to the commissioner in the following stages: sketch, lineart and flat colors. Any changes should be made during the sketch stage, though minor changes can still occur during the lineart stage. I will not move to the next stage until the commissioner approves the current stage.
7. Contact Initial contact regarding commissions should be done by private message on InkBunny. If you do not have an InkBunny account you may contact me through a note on FurAffinity, though InkBunny is preferred. In the initial contact the commissioner should mention the general details of the commission. If I accept the commission, all contacts should then be made through the email address I will provide.
8. Copyright I have the right to post all commissions in my galleries and/or website and use them as advertising for my services. The commissioner has the right to post the commissioned artwork in any gallery website as long as I am credited with the name AkiWeirdo and a link to my InkBunny account.
9. Accepted content I will not draw: scat, watersports, muscle, rape, pregnancy, violence, hyper, torture. If what you are looking to commission is not on this list please contact me.
10. Private and anonymous commissions I accept anonymous commissions. The artwork will be posted to my galleries but the commissioner will not be mentioned. I may not accept private commissions, though if I do the commissioner must pay a 20% fee of the total commission value.
11. Editing my artwork If commissioning lineart the commissioner has my permission to color the artwork, sketch commissions can be inked and colored by the commissioner or another artist as long a I am credited for my work. The commissioner cannot recolor or redraw any of my artwork.
