Anyways I'm doing the first test now. Interesting questions. Mostly stuff I've thought about before. This idea took me by surprise though: Schools should not make classroom attendance compulsory.
Interesting issue. Had to give it some thought. I don't think attendance being mandatory as it is now is the problem, though there's definately a lot of problems with the education system. But then, why does it need to be mandatory? If schools were working properly, parents and kids would WANT to be there, wouldn't they?
But then, to compare socialized education to socialized medicine, should people be forced to be treated medically when they choose not to? Maybe, given that education wise, and thus medicine wise, we're talking about children. It's standard practice to consider them unable to make major choices like this at their stage of development.
