Printing rights by default remain with me; if you'd like to purchase these rights there will be additional cost. Please assume that if you are commissioning me, I may make prints of the art in the future, offer digital download sales, or make art CDs for sale. I will not ask permission at a later date; by commissioning me, you give me that permission. If you would like a "private" commission, not posted anywhere by myself, a small extra charge will apply.
All customers can of course post their commission in their own gallery provided a link back to me and credit are given. Altering the commission without permission is not permitted unless cropping down to an icon or adding copyright text of the customer's choosing; otherwise, cropping, resizing, animating or otherwise changing the work without permission is forbidden. Please ask first. Customers may only post the net-sized version that I post in my gallery, not the large full-sized file that I provide for their own enjoyment. Note that I do not post images with copyright text in my own gallery because I provide proper character credit in the description.
Revisions
For the types of commissions that come with WIPs, I'll make three small revisions at the sketch stage before charging an extra fee. Small revisions like the position of an ear, an expression change or the length of your character's hair are fine; huge revisions that require me to redraw an entire pose or character are not and will require an additional charge. It's best to be as clear as possible before beginning.
Refunds
Prior to starting work on a commission, customers can be refunded in full if they wish. If work has begun, partial refunds based upon the amount of work done will be provided when requested.
Timeframe and Communication
Please expect your commission to take at least a month, if not longer, depending upon the queue ahead of you and complexity. However, I take great pride in my communication.
