Q: How does it work? A: All file transfers are carried out via SFTP (free clients can be found across the internet). The size of your folder can be increased to fit your needs.

Q: Why? A: My server runs 24/7 and I do not feel I will ever fill the capacity of Tamotsu's storage drives. I'm offering this service to benefit the inkbunny community.

Q: How available is the information on Tamotsu's drives? What failsafes are in place? A: This server is plugged into a 1500VA rackmount UPS that can keep it running for a couple hours without power. Any storm that can cause power outage long enough to drain that battery will have brought down my DSL long before that time. In the event of a drive failure, there is not much I can do. RAID 1 is on my list of goals, but I don't have the capital to afford such luxuries at the moment.
