Pluses: Region 0 (playable globally). Original English audio in mixed stereo/mono (as well as mono German dub). Lyrics for the songs in accompanying booklet. Interview with Steven Lissberger ("Tron" movies), in English with German subtitles.
Minuses: PAL video standard- If you have an older DVD player (pre-2000), you may have a problem with playback. English audio track is mixed mono/stereo-- A little disconcerting when segments go between stereo and mono-- Probably a limitation of available elements. Picture quality is fair, not great- Not from original film stock, but still watchable. Title card is the German title, "Die Dschungel-Olympiade" ("The Jungle Olympiads"), rather than "Animalympics".

(I have looked Animalympics up recently, but this is what I recall, not what I can research.) Obviously, I can probably find it on the web and download it, but I'd rather wait for a faster connection first.
