Daaamn... that is such a tough question! Gaaah. I love so many pairings, from the common to the taboo and unheard-of... It's hard to say just three... But I think I'll talk about three faves that I haven't written yet lol.
One is Sonic x Manic because, well, taboo and kinky as hell. Doesn't really help that Manic calls him cute in an episode XD. It could especially work in an AU where they're not actually related and can bond in a different way.
Another is Knuxadow. I think the two could have a unique chemistry, because they both understand what it's like to have a purpose, a duty in life. Plus they're both innately connected to Chaos, and it seems Knuckles is even more so, based on the fight in Sonic X. I enjoy reading Knuckles-uke in the fics I've read, but I personally see Shadow as uke in my depictions because of Knuckles seeming to be stronger, even if he is likely less experienced XD. I love the power dynamic.
Third favorite... Eggman x Sonic. lol. Yes I am a fan as well. They have the love/hate relationship going, and plus I think Eggman would be pretty good-sized. Like I do with Big, I like the idea of a fat guy with a fat cock XD. Could be rapey, could be a weird fling-thing they do... Either way, it's fun as hell to think about.
As for my question... I can't remember if I asked this before XD. Any favorite crossover pairings?

Knuxadow is good, and yeah, I do see Knux as the uke a lot, which is certainly sexy, but I think he'd have a lot of top potential; I've been meaning to write it in a story at some point, but I think Knux would trounce Shadow in a fight... Knux would practically be Shadow's natural enemy, like the Scissors to Shadow's Paper in rock paper scissors lol XD Knux has a connection to the Master Emerald, the controller, which means he'd be able to practically shut Shadow down, since Shadow has so much Chaos energy that he has to wear inhibitor rings... or at least, that's how I've always thought of it ^^; I think it has lots of 'Kinky Advantages' that Knux could utilize somehow XD
SonEggman is indeed a guilty pleasure of mine XD There was a story I started around 3 years ago, that was gonna have an alternate ending where Eggman does kinky sex-slave stuff to Sonic, but I never ended up finishing it ^^; Basically, it was a total smut-based story, where Eggman kidnapped Sonic, and basically put him in a machine that hypnotized/programmed Sonic to obey people who could put a special customized collar on him; Eggman sent 5 collars out, each color coded, to Shadow, Silver, Knuckles, Mephiles, and I think Tails, and the goal was that the first person to find Sonic and collar him, would get him as a slave for until the hypnosis/programming wore off lol XD
Interesting question (not sure if you asked before either lol XD)! When it comes to Sonic, two crossovers that interest me are Sonic x Klonoa, and Sonic x NiGHTS; both of these pairings would work in similar ways, due to Klonoa and NiGHTS heavy connections with traveling into the dreams of others... I can see a story where Sonic maybe gets hit with some chemical that makes fall into a deep sleep, trapped in a nightmare, and he ends up 'calling' to Klonoa (the dream traveler lol) who then gets pulled into Sonic's dream to save him... and Sonic maybe ends up with a crush on him?
If it was NiGHTS, who seems more like a dream visitor (I have NiGHTS AND Klonoa on PSN, haven't played either yet though) then it would likely be more of a 'wet dream' situation X'D with NiGHTS coming in and being teasingly playful... in fact, a story could be done with NiGHTS traveling into multiple characters dreams in just one night XD
For something like Starfox, I think Fox x Rocket Raccoon would be interesting, and I think Ratchet x Daxter (or Jak lol) is also cute XD

I can actually only think of one particular ship that I stalwartly support, and that's Ruto x Link. In embarrassing honesty, I'm just mad jealous of Link having a take-charge royal fish lady with the hots for him at the age of like 10.
I do also really like Tails x Knuckles. I don't know why, maybe they both just strike me as social outcasts, and someone as young as Tails gives Knuckles the chance to be more warm and caring, even teach a few things. I also like their difference in both size and intelligence in Boom.
If you wanna count Pokémon and their trainers or Digimon and their owners, then there's those too. All of them, lol.

I can see Tails x Knuckles working out; it's a pairing that I've seen in other fics, that seems to work nicely, and they have a chemistry that is uniquely different to other pairings they have, like Sontails or Sonuckles, or even Shails and Knuxadow XD

Heh, oh, cereal... I have quite a few that I like, but unfortunately, a lot of them have been altered nowadays... I like Cinnamon Toast Crunch a fair bit, and I also enjoy Fruity/Cocoa pebbles, and Apple Jacks... They're the good mix between flavor and texture, and the taste is great too xD
I used to LOVE Frankenberry and Booberry, and Trix, but unfortunately those 3 have been changed for the worse. The textures are now awful on the Frankenberry and Booberry, and it doesn't taste as strong due to ingredient changes to make it more 'healthy'... newsflash, sweetass breakfast cereal like that isn't SUPPOSED to be healthly lmao, get it together cereal companies! Trix, they returned to the really old style, where it's basically just puffballs, instead of being shaped like fruits, and textured much better. Lmao, ranting about cereal is kinda ridiculous, but it's just irritating to me X'D
