If you count Nightmare Before Christmas as a Disney movie since all re-releases have it claimed as Disney movie, "Kidnap the Sandy Claws" especially the cover performed by KoRn for Nightmare Revisited.

Actually it was always under Disney- but they were afraid younger kids would get afraid of it, so they licensed it under touchstone pictures. It also may have been because Disney was afraid it would flop (which originally the movie flopped big time), just like how they debated Toystory because of how different it was- but that ended up probably being one of the most revolutionary movies ever created.
