In one of the first blows of 2017, the famous british actor who played Kane in ALIEN, and the War Doctor in Doctor Who, Sir John Vincent Hurt, has passed away today, 6 days after his birthday, and age 77. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpO_71zZbOI
He was one of those actors I first took notice of when I first watch ALIEN way back in the 80's when I was a little kid, even though I saw ALIENS first. He's a face & voice that will never be forgotten, and will be remembered for a long time to come.
RIP Kane.
