Just before New Year I mentioned that my PC was having some big issues. A few days later it sadly died and I was forced to sit on a laptop that could barely run 2 programs at a time.
The good news:
* I got myself a new PC and I'm still getting used to the fact that it doesn't make a sound while playing Overwatch or rendering pictures in SFM.
* I can do movies now again without it blowing up.
The bad news:
* I didn't manage to get my files from the old hdd and frankly I'm tired of trying as stuff just doesn't work.
* It's running on windows 10 and I'm unable to access my start menu... not an uncommon issue it seems.
In general I should be able to do stuff again.
