*With the exception of freebies, raffles, etc, as these are seen as practice. This is something we can discuss.
Rules:
1. Only I, the client, and the owners of the characters have permission to repost any commissions.
2. Payment is required upfront.
3. W.I.P.s can be requested at any time. Normally, I send them every 500 words or so.
4. The client can receive a full refund ONLY if the piece has not been started yet. If the piece has already been started, then the most the client can receive is half. The only exception is if I have to cancel the commission for any reason, and then a full refund will be given regardless of how much work has been done.
5. If the piece is reposted anywhere, the client MUST credit me. They will be reported otherwise.
6. If another person's characters are involved in a sexual scene of any kind, I must hear directly from them that they're okay with it, especially if the scene contains extreme kinks.
7. The client can request that the piece not be posted if it is simply for their own enjoyment.
8. I retain the right to refuse service for any reason.
9. I do work a full-time job, and I do writing commissions on the side for a little extra money. While I will complete each commission as quickly as I can, my job does come first, and I must ask that you be patient with me.
10. If you tell me that I can have "Artistic Freedom" with the piece, please do not immediately start telling me how you want the story to go. Mentioning things you would want included is fine.
Rules for Requests
1. I am extremely picky about the requests I choose to do. If I turn down your request, please understand that I am often very busy, and that it's nothing personal.
2. Paid commissions take priority over requests. This means that I only do requests when I have no commissions, and if I receive a commission while I'm working on your request, I will put it on hold until the commission is complete.
3. Please do not pressure me to work quickly on your request. If you do, I will most likely cancel your request and you will not receive the work that was completed. You are not paying me for my time, and I am only doing this as a favor.
Payment Options:
1. USD. PayPal only. Upfront payment is required, since my commissions are not expensive. If you're commissioning chapters, you must pay for at last two chapters.
2. Steam/Origin/Humble Bundle games. You can pay for your commission by buying me something on my wishlists! Payments like this must be given by the half-way mark, and they must be worth the price of your commission.
3. Trades! You can pay me by giving me a piece of art or writing in return for your commission.
NOTE: You must send your payment within 24 hours of submitting your commission request. If you do not send your payment on time without contacting me beforehand to explain why, you will not receive your commission and you will be banned from making future requests.
When commissioning your piece, fill out the Commission Form and send it to me by either note or email.
