TOS
1) The commissioner has to provide either enough information, or a good enough description for me to get a good idea of what your character a) looks like, b) should be wearing, c) should be doing.
2) Payment is to be given before I start the work. I will be happy to stream working on your project, however, it will likely be on a schedule I can work with.
3) If I am to be given a deadline, and said deadline is within 2 weeks of the initial payment, I reserve the right to charge a fee for rushing the work. This does not apply to busts or icons.
4) I reserve the right to refuse service if I am uncomfortable with the subject matter or if you make me uncomfortable.
5) I will make unlimited changes until you give me the go ahead to color. Once color is laid down, line art will not change. However, I will not keep changing things ever so slightly. I will send a sketch for you to revise, then proceed with line art, then will proceed on color, then shading and highlights, all on your ok.
6) I am disabled. My health comes first. After 6 months, I will offer a full refund, after 3 months a half refund.
7) Refunds are not given if your behavior isn't professional. I don't mean we can't be friends, and talk about other things, but when we are talking about commissions, keep it professional please.
8) I am almost always open for commissions. I am occassionally open for trades, and rarely open for requests. Rule of thumb is, do not ask for a $40 piece for free.
9) I will not draw porn for minors. No exceptions.
10) I am anti-cub porn and anti-beastiality. I will never draw those things, and asking for such will get you blacklisted from getting art from me, and blocked.
I am also anti-scat, anti-watersports, and anti-vomit.
FAQ
Q: What will you not draw?
A: I will not draw cub porn, scat, watersports,vomit, rape/non-consensual/dubious consent sex. I will draw cute cubs in cub settings. I will draw most fetishes. I will draw “consensual non-consensual.” If you are unsure about something, ask.
Q: What is a realistic timeline for my piece to be finished?
A: It varies. I am disabled, and have many health issues, and sometimes I get sick. But usually I have a decent turn around, though there have been times in the past things got in the way. I will keep in touch with you.
Q: Are they certain species/things you can not draw?
A: I cannot draw humans, but as far as most anthros and MLP species, I can. Weapons, I can with time.
Q: Can I ask for a discount?
A: You likely will not get it if you outright ask. However, if you offer, say, partial trade and partial money, and I like your art, we may be able to work something out. Approach me in a respectable manner, and we can possibly work something out.
Q: Will you do a trade with me?
A: Maybe. Don't get upset if I say no, though. I can be picky.
Q: Can I ask you to draw me something free?
A: No. I will let people know when I am open for requests, and honestly, it's usually during streams.
