TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to adhere to these policies:
I. PAYMENT
I only accept payment through Paypal. I will not begin working on a commission before receiving payment.
II. PROCESS
Please note me the basic idea of what you want to commission. Including but not limited to: Type of commission, references to the character you want drawn, a pose idea, and any extra details you want shown in the piece. We will both agree on a final price, and thereafter I will send an invoice.
Wherever you are on the list determines how long it will take to complete your commission. It can sometimes take me four weeks depending on school.
I will send WIPs according to what type of commission you have requested. Once all is confirmed and I finish the image, I will post the artwork to my gallery. You may post it to yours as well but you must give credit.
III. CONTENT
I am willing to draw many things, but I reserve the right to decline anything I am not comfortable with, or feel I would not bring any justice to in a commission.

IV. REFUNDS
If you need a refund for whatever reason, then you must request it before I've started your commission, full refunds are not available after I have started.
If I feel you are being unreasonable (rude, harassing, stalking, etc.) I will terminate the commission if you continue after a warning.
V. PERMISSIONS
I am not selling the rights to the artwork when commissioned.
Please, when reposting my artwork, always give credit.
I hold the right to post my artwork on any and all galleries that I own.
