recently cartoon network post a video on youtube for a site called scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eb2AybuNOlc and it's all coming together now. they USE this tool (witch is free) and get paid to animated it. well at least that explains about the animation errors and the cheep budget of the show and saying, "Just like a cartoon network animator" just made me cringe in horrors of their later shows and also worries me how the samurai jack reboot will be.
oh and the PG reboot is getting a 2nd season and a crossover special with Teen titans go... at this point cartoon network is not giving a fuck about their audience and mocking us. I won't be surprised if the powerpuff girls makes an episode that's a response to critics or in the crossover special.

For a century or so, people have been scared of machines taking away their jobs, and in many cases that has been true. But all that time the artists have been saying "Ha, machines will never displace us, creativity cannot be substituted..." Well, maybe not...
