After leaving his abusive family, August has learned not to trust the humans around him, he has created his own group called. "The Followers of Anubis." from then on, he has attacked and killed innocent lives of humans in Gruteley, but neglected to see the Dearly pups and everyone at the farm a serious threat, but after learning from one of his members that there are other lands like Agrabah, Tokyo and other states with thousands upon thousands of humans, August had enlisted help from other animal Villains across the globe, Lucky and the rest of the pups along with the other Animals aren't going to stand for it.
Cruella has learned of this as well, but instead just wants to skin every living animal alive for their furcoats and use them for fashion designs, enlisting the likes of Clayton and Jean-Pierre LePelt to help her out, however Hiro and Baymax along with the other humans won't stand for the harm of the Dalmatian Pups at all so they enlist the help of other human beings as well.
So, who would you side with, the Human Republic, The Animal Alliance, The Villain Empire or The Animal Federation?
