Content Restrictions
I will not do any of the following – I do not write scat, water-sports/piss play, inflation, hyper-sized genitals, diapers, toilet training breaking, gross content, Adult/cub.
There probably a few fetishes and things I missed. Some extreme fetishes I may charge a little extra for commissions. When asking for commission its a good idea to tell me right away content, themes, and any extreme fetish that will be the requested commission.
Rights
I shall retain all rights under copyright law to which the WORK, preliminary studies, drawings, specifications, and models may be subject. I represent and agree that I am the sole creator of the WORK and that the WORK has not been previously displayed in whole or part, and that nothing in the WORK will infringe the copyright of any third party. Nothing shall prevent me from creating future artwork in my manner and style of artistic expression.
I grant to BUYER solely the singular WORK detailed herein. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, I GRANT NO RIGHT(S) OF REPRODUCTION IN ANY FORMAT, NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DISCOVERED.
The BUYER shall retain all rights under copyright law to the DESIGN provided to me. The BUYER GRANTS NO RIGHT(S) OF REUSE OF DESIGN BY ME IN ANY FUTURE WORKS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.
