Picarto-related blah

picarto.tv updated, and it seems to be broken on Macs and in Linux. Streams won't load, even after trying multiple browsers.

It was crashing Waterfox on Windows every time it tried to load the other night. Finally seemed to sort itself out, but I've no clue what the actual issue is. :[
