1. Payments are due within 48 hours me noting you with the final price or confirmation of winning an auction.
2. Paypal is the only method of payment I accept.
3. If you choose to buy adult art, you are automatically stating to me you are a legal adult in the country/state you live in. You are responsible for what your country's laws are pertaining to art, adult images, etc. including but not limited too banned materials.
4. Failure to pay your auction winning means the auction picks up again for bidding for 24 hrs. If no one else bids, it goes to the next bidder.
5. I never begin working until paid in full.
6. I try to get things done in a timely manner, but I've stopped giving time estimates.
7. Please be respectful of me. This is a drama free zone.
8. I will not draw any police work/uniform [modern police] or scat. Maybe I can help find someone who will though if you're looking ^_^.
9. Please put No Shipping required when paying invoice.
10. I will make small corrections, but please have accurate refs available. I will change something only once and of course, correct my mistakes should I make one.
11. I only send a sketch check to custom commissions by default.
12. If you are from FA, you may commission me here for things not allowed in their TOS.
13. I do blacklist and keep track of non-payers. Please do not bid if you don't have the intention of purchasing art. Please refrain from withdrawing bids, as that will get you blacklisted as well.

15. You can re-post my art in your gallery if you're the person who purchased it. Please give credit in the description of the upload by putting a link to my profile in the discription of your submission.

FAQ
1. When will my commission/YCH be done? It depends. Outside factors affect my time spent working. Also, I really prefer to finish a piece and then let it sit for a few days before posting it. It lets me look at it with fresh eyes and fix any mistakes I may have missed.
2. Do you do Fursuits or clothing? Currently, I am fiddling with clothing, tails, etc. but not offering them for sale until I am confident in the quality of my workmanship.
3. Do you do animation? Animation is by private treaty only and significant;y more expensive than a typical commission, especially if colored and shaded. It is delivered in a .gif format until I upgrade my rig to handle Flash better. Flash games or movies will be available in the future, including 'episodic nsfw content'. These also take far, far, longer to finish and complete.
4. Can I get an update? You can note me and ask how far along I am. I usually only send 1 update and by request only to YCH's. If you've done a private commission, I will send you a basic sketch for approval and you can also request to see it once prior to delivery. Feel free to note me though! I will gladly update you with what I did today on your art! I limit updates only as a time saver.
5. Do you do Character Designs? Yes. A character design can be flat or shaded and will include either a front or front/back view. These range from $40-80 depending on how complex of a character you want.
