What I Will or Will Not Draw The only thing I will not draw is another person's character used without their permission. This means they must know what you're going to do with their character in your commission. This prevents "gift art" that may make the recipient uncomfortable, or making their character act wildly inappropriate to their personality. There is a thick line between "gift art" and "surprise hardcore pornography."
Other than that, I'm pretty shameless.
I also have no problem with fanart of online comics, video games, movies, and so on. Personal characters of popular community members are a grey area and would need permission from their owners.
Use of My Characters Both Kai and Kailee are available to use in your commissions! However, they will not be allowed in commissions involving snuff, gore, vore, circumcision, or scat. They are considered additional characters in your commission.
Reposting - Please wait 72 hours to repost your commission to your account. This is a courtesy that will allow me to have the benefit of undivided front page views. I don't have a lot of watchers, so I need those page views to get my name out there and get more watchers. - If you repost your commission before that 72 hours has passed, you will be politely asked not to do that again. If you continue to repost commissions too soon, I will either add an additional 25% to your next commission or simply refuse to serve you.
Edits - Message me if you need something edited on your commission! I hold onto the layer information for 30 days. - If it is a simple edit, such as changing eye color, adding missed markings or jewelry, or even adding a little extra chub/curve, I will edit it free of charge for the first two edits. After that, I charge 10% per additional edit. - If it is a more complicated edit, such as changing an entire pose or changing the background, I charge 25% per edit for the first two edits, then 50% for each edit after that. - In most cases, it’s quick and simple for me to make an edit to your image if the edit is requested within 30 days. However! Beyond those 30 days, I cannot make any edits and a new image must be commissioned.
How to Commission Me 1. My working hours are 9:00 AM CST to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. My personal/catch-up day is Saturday from 9:00 AM CST to 12:00 PM CST. I am unavailable Sunday. These hours may vary due to a variety of circumstances, such as illness, doctor’s appointments, and so on. 2. I will make a post to announce any available slots to be filled at my discretion. You may fill out my commission form at any time, but I will not contact you until your commission has been given a slot. Filling out my commission form does not guarantee a slot. These are NOT “first come, first serve.” Commission form can be found here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1iHYgJIx1S0nnlrcQw3HLDk... 3. When your commission has been given a slot, I will send a note to confirm the price with you and verify any other details. This part of the process may take several notes back and forth as I confirm information and verify details. I would rather have too much information than not enough! 4. I will send an invoice/payment request from my PayPal to the email address you gave me in Step 2. I will deny/refund any payments that are sent independently from an invoice/payment request and you will be bumped to the bottom of my priority list. Once I have received payment, your commission will be added to the queue. 5. Depending on the base level of your commission, it will be completed within 2 to 5 weeks. I usually work pretty quickly, but I like to give myself some bumper room in case I get sick or something comes up.
Payment Information - I currently accept PayPal, credit/debit cards (paid via PayPal invoices), and Google Wallet. I prefer PayPal. - Payment must be made within 72 hours of receiving your invoice unless a previous arrangement has been agreed upon. I’m not an asshole, I know life can be a dick. I’m willing to work with you on it, but there’s only so long that I can hold a slot for you. - Failure to pay within 72 hours (or within the agreed upon time slot) will result in being blacklisted from commissions for the next month. - Payment plans are available for commissions totaling over $75. I will require a 50% deposit up front. Upon receiving the deposit, I will begin work on the sketch of your commission. Once the sketch has been completed, your deposit is no longer refundable. I will not complete the commission until the remaining balance has been paid. Payment plans must be paid off within 60 days of sending the deposit. Longer than 60 days may result in additional charges. - The important thing here is communication! Don't just drop out on me. I’m pretty flexible and patient. If something comes up and you can't pay, just tell me and we can work something out :)
Queuing System - Commissions will be completed in no particular order. It's easier for me to complete commissions when I'm not stuck on one and am allowed to move between projects. It makes it more fun for me, which will lead to better results for you. - Rush orders are available for double the price with a minimum 48 hour deadline (although I do try to finish things within 24 hours) - Works in Progress are available for a $5 fee. Once I start working on an image, I am typically done with it in under 24 hours. That is not ample enough time for a commissioner to approve multiple works in progress and communicate back and forth. If you require that I interrupt my process and lose momentum on your project, then WIP’s are available for $5 each. I will not continue your project until the WIP fee has been paid.
Auctions - Payment must be made within 24 hours of winning the auction. If you need more time, please let me know within those 24 hours. I am willing to extend it up to 72 hours. I do not accept payment plans on auctions. - If you cannot pay or fail to contact me, your slot will be forfeited and you will be blacklisted for the next three auctions. - If you have a problem with whoever wins an accompanying slot in an auction, please communicate and we can all try to reach an agreement. If no agreement can be reached, then you'll have to forfeit your slot and try again next time. - If a slot has been forfeited, I will either offer it to the next highest bidder or reauction the slot.
Refunds - Refunds will be issued at my discretion. The amount refunded will depend on work completed and the circumstances involved. - I will NOT issue refunds once the work is completed, regardless if it has been posted or not. You will be sent the completed work to your email.
Rights of the Artist - I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, difficulty, time issues, attempts to use someone else's character without their permission, rude language, communication barriers, and so on. - I reserve the right to post artwork to my galleries, unless a private commission has been purchased. - I own the rights to the image that I have created. I may use this image to promote my art. I may use this image in a digital download pack. I may use this image to create prints. I DO NOT OWN THE CHARACTER, but I own the image.
Rights of the Customer - The customer may repost the image I have created for them to whichever galleries they wish, so long as they link back to my gallery here on InkBunny. - The customer may print and make as many copies of their image as they want. They may NOT, however, sell these prints or copies. - The customer may NOT edit the image, remove or crop my signature, or otherwise alter the image. Please message me and I'll be happy to work with you :)
Privacy Policy - I will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute your personal information. All information you send me is used for the sole and express purpose of completing a business transaction. - I may keep some information on file for future reference to shorten the commissioning process in the future. This information includes, but is not limited to, character references, PayPal addresses, and previously commissioned artwork files.

Extra Charges There are some topics that I have a difficult time drawing. This is either due to complexity or morality. Because of this, commissions containing these topics require more work from me and therefore take longer to complete. As such, I have made a list of these topics and have chosen a fair charging system for them. The charge is percentage added to the Tier price.
The charges are not stacking. Multiple items do not multiply the charge. EXAMPLE: Wings (+10%) plus watersports (+10%) would not be 20%. It would be just 10%
However, multiple items will be charged by the highest percentage. EXAMPLE: Wings (+10%) plus vore (+50%) would be 50%, not 10%.
+ Snuff +50% + Circumcision (male or female) +50% + Vore (soft/hard, regardless of entry) +50% + Non-consensual cub +50% + Transformation +50%
+ Human form +75% (this includes, but is not limited to, Nekos, Humans, and characters with more humanoid features than animal, e.g. Felicia from Darkstalkers).
+ PRIVATE COMMISSION: Double the price. I do not receive valuable page traffic and advertising when a commission is kept private. I lose potential customers when a commission is kept private. Doubling the cost of private commissions helps make up for that.
I think this is more fair than simply refusing to draw it :)

Shipping - Shipping is available for traditional media works for $10. - Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking number available for extra cost. - Currently only available to the USA, but I am working on international. - All items are shipped in a bubble wrap lined envelope with two sheets of thermal laminated plastic to protect the artwork within from excessive bending or tearing during the shipping process.
