Terms of Service 2015

[[ Note before ordering]]
By requesting a commission, you are agreeing with my terms and that you are 18 and up.
•Please consider some things before commissioning me:
- Will draw: All genders, couples, soft-core of most fetishes, feral, tentacles, hyper, chub, cross dressing, big toys, pin ups etc
- Will not draw: Nipples (unless it has piercings ), multiple pair of boobs, water sports, scat , blood or gore, cubs/baby furs, egg laying/ birthing, taurs , humans, hardcore fetishes, transformation, drugs, copyrighted characters (unless it is changed /has a bit of a twist to make your own thing). If you are unsure I will draw certain themes, chars or fetishes, just ask.
• Remember you are commissioning me to have your character drawn in my style!
• I have the right to refuse a commission request.
• If you interested in a commission, please note me with the form! I can’t emphasize this enough.
• Reference sheet, or pictures clearly showing your characters markings/design and colors is required. If not mentioned in the ref please inform me of the species and body type of your character
• If you don’t have a pose or idea in mind you have the option to put “artistic freedom”
• Make sure you have the funds available to pay for a commission when ordering.
• A quote will be given based on the info you provide with the form below.
• After I give you a quote, please be clear to me that you accept the quote or not.
• No NEW accounts OR EMPTY accounts, ( eg new account made this month/ if you moved accounts and you are not new person to FA, its alright .)

[[General Commission Process and info]]
[The process in short]
• You send a request form
• You will get a quote if it is accepted.
• When you accept the quote you will be added to the queue on my profile. (or journal)
• You will get a sketch to approve or request edits.
• When you approve the sketch you will get an invoice
• Pay the invoice within 3 days, and leave everything blank.
• You will get a Low & High Resolution version of your drawing. (you may request minor edits)
• The turnaround time: 3 days to 3 weeks (depending on commission)

[Regarding Payment and Refunds]
• An invoice will be sent out after the sketch is approved, in which you have 3 days to pay. Not paying in time will result in your commission being dropped.
• If an invoice message is not left blank and mentions things like “hey it's so and so from FA, or porn , tenties, etc” you will be immediately refunded and dropped from the queue.
• If ordering multiple commissions at the same time, I will work on them one at time and send a separate invoice for each one.
• When regarding refunds: If you decide to cancel your commission order, I will kept part of the payment. I will only keep a portion for what I have worked on and send you a link of what I have drawn.
[Regarding Sketch approvals /Revisions and Edits]
• If it has been over a week since I sent a sketch for approval I will note you once again, fail to reply may cause you to be dropped from the queue and will notified immediately. This is due to the fact I must keep In pace with commissions.
• After the sketch is completed, you may :
- Request some minor changes and one major change
• After drawing is completed, you may:
-Request minor changes or minor fix
- - Request major changes but a small fee will apply
• For ref sheets commissions, I will provide a wip at the flat color stage for you to review and request for several changes if needed.
• You are not allowed to make changes/draw on/mark up your commissions, if you really need something to be fixed please just note me! I will be more then happy to fix or edit your commission.
[Turnaround time and Deadlines]
• Turnaround time many vary and are based on several factors (eg complexity of order) . (Can be from 3 days to 3 weeks)
• You may check out my profile where I post my queue (or journal if it’s a special) to keep track of the progress of your commission. I will try my best to update this as much as possible.
• In order to draw commission in a timely matter, there must be continuous open communication.
• If you have a deadline for the commission to be done by, please tell me when you fill out the form. That way I can see if I am able to do it in time or not.
[Other info regarding commissions]
• I may post your commission on my account. You are allowed to post the drawing I did for you on your FA , Weasyl , Tumblr , or IB account as long as you credit me. My fa: taintedstar/ Weasyl: taintedstar/ Tumblr :tsdoodles/ InkBunny: taintedstar
• If a commission request involves another person's character, I may ask them if permission was given
• The drawing I will draw for you will have a watermark, and I will not take it off. So please don’t ask me to take it off.
• I have any and all rights to use my art as I see fit, eg: to be as examples, for art portfolios, ads, prints , etc.
• Rejected poses many be reused for preposes and other works.
• I have the right to change and update my rules at any time. [/center]
