There is something not quite solid about this entity, the surface of the bubble may be nothing more than a Trick Of The Light. Even the intricately cut blood-red gemstone within seems to be not entirely within this reality.
The Trick of the Light's surface reflects everything around it, distorted into fascinating rainbow patterns of dazzling intensity. As you look closely, you can see your own reflection as it warps into a smile and a friendly wink.
Known only as "Sphere", this enigmatic entity is an alien vampire, a being of illusion. Sphere is drawn to strong, repressed emotion, and feeds off fantasies of the taboo; youth, violence, domination, and the physically impossible. Sphere uses illusion to allow those fantasies to come to pass, absorbing the emotional energy of climax and a tiny amount of blood to maintain it's existence. Sphere often appears as a white angora feline, with rainbow soap-bubble eyes.
