General Service Agreements:
By accepting my services you agree to the following:
You agree to the style of my art; you will not try to force techniques upon me that i do not display in my gallery.
You agree to not use any malicious or abusive language towards me (Dont be a dick!)
You agree that not nessisarily everything you have in mind is what you will get from me. i will do the best i can to replicate what you are trying to have drawn but do NOT expect perfection!
You agree that while you are paying me for art, i am not your slave. I work on my terms.
I may take several days at times to reply to you; this is just part of my schedule, so do not be alarmed if this happens. I have not run off with your money
You agree that you've read these terms, or at the very least will not fight with me after showing you that you've broken them should the situation occur.
Acceptable Content:
I am open to discuss things with you, but here are a few of my guidlines for what i will not draw
Scat
Cub/Child rape**
Toddlers in any sexual situations
Inflation
Extreme obesity
Extreme muscle
Extreme Vore
(** Child and cub reffer to pre-pubescent young characters)
Payment Policy:
I expect full payment up front before your commission is started through paypal only.
I do not EXPECT you to pay the fees, though i will not complain if you throw in an extra "tip"
Please avoid the "gifting" option, you are paying for my services so select payment as such
Do not mention pornography in the note!!! Simply include your user name from InkBunny
Refund Policy:
This is somthing i have a hard time with. I understand things come up, but it gets really frustrating, depressing, annoying to have to refund you when you make bad financial choices.
It is up to my sole discretion to refund you. if you want a refund simply because you decided you dont like my art anymore, sorry, thats not acceptable to me. Im not walmart
Long story short.. if you go into buying a commission, please dont expect to just get your money back for frail reasons.
Approval Sketches/WIP:
I dont provide these as a rule, but i will from time to time give you a rough draft of a sketch to make sure i got the idea right.
You may request one from the rough sketch stage if you feel like you want somthing rather specific. This would be the stage to make any changes, of course though be reasonable...
This means dont do things like.. completely rework the type of picture you want, or the pose or the theme.
Just tweak things like.. a misplaced limb or body types. Ill be willing to work at a different pose completely if you really want to, but i will be charging for the time put into the sketch you decide to dump.
Upon completion of the image, you may ask for changes in color or minor tweaks in lines (depending on the tweak asked for)
Deadlines:
I dont have any specific deadlines, keep in mind i also work a full time job ontop of this and lead a somewhat normal home life. I dont always have time or energy to work on commissions. Even if i try to force myself, i feel as if im more likely to put out an awesome picture for you if my mind is at ease.
Sometimes this means taking a break from commissions to work on personal art, or breaking from art all together for a bit.
If you need a picture by a certain date, then we can definitely discuss this. Depending on how short notice the date is, there may be a rush fee applied, so please keep this in mind.
Character References:
I am comfortable working with both visual and written character references. If you are writing your character reference, please be very thorough with your description. If you are looking for a specific pose, you may link me to a picture that matches the pose you have in mind as a good starting point for me.
When you send me a reference, I will assume that is exactly how your character looks. If there is something on a reference picture that you feel should or should not have been present, please point this out. If you were supposed to have a scar, but have no pictures of you with one, I won't know unless you tell me!
Copy rights:
I hold ownership of all art that i draw. You may upload it to any galleries you want with the proper credit given to me. You may not alter the image nor resell the art for any monetary value without my specific expressed permission.
What you can expect from me:
You can expect me to behave in a respectful and open minded manner.
I will not bully you for your prefferences and opinions and ideas.
I will not harass you
You can expect me to have your completed picture done in a timely fashion with good communication if there are any unexpected problems.
You can expect me to put my best effort into your drawing. This means i will try my hardest without straining myself psysicaly or mentaly.
What i expect from you.
I expect you to treat me as an equal, respect me and my opinions (and my art) as i respect you.
I expect you not to harass me about your commission. General inquiries are fine, but please.. use common sense and try not to pester me needlessly.
I expect that by having you commission me, you like the way i currently draw, and that is the style you want from me. i will not be forced into drawing somthing in a way someone else does, or how you want me to.
Well i think that pretty much wraps it up.
