how do you add multiple pictures on one submission?

I think you need to request it to someone who edits the site. Is not available for everyone to prevent spam.

that is for creating multiple submissions, i needed to add files to one submission

If it is already posted, click Edit Files, then click "+ Add another Free File/Page" at the top of the page.

If it is not already posted and is a new submission, click post->submission, upload the file, then click the add another file button.
