tech issues... AGAIN (AKA FUCK YOU MICROSOFT!)

so im having some major tech failure here and I'm trying to figure it out.... something about the drive active time being at 100% *rolls eyes*

I did a factory restore and STILL no good.... not sure what to do >.<
