A bug was causing the sponsor system to mistakenly message past sponsors every hour about a downgraded sponsor level. This has been happening since the update about 4 hours ago.

Glad I checked to see if you'd posted about this before logging a ticket for the bug: since it was happening every hour, but stopped 7 hours ago, I reckoned there was a good bet that you'd fixed it.
