Okay so this friends thing is new with Beta 44, yes?
And I notice I can make submissions (and journals) visible only to friends.
That gives me an idea. For a while now I've been uploading stuff that's not ready for prime time like sketch ideas and some rough stories and keeping them hidden. Since you can do that on IB, which is awesome. Then if anything comes of it I add the finished file and make it visible along with the non-embarrassing sketches and such. That's one reason so many of my submissions have multiple files. It's also because I love looking at the rough sketches more finished works came from and hopefully others do too. Sometimes I also like the sketches better.
It would be nice to get some comments and maybe constructive criticism on unfinished things on here instead of just from the few furs I pass things around to on AIM. So with the tiered watch/friend access I can upload crappy sketches I don't want to make fully public yet so friends can comment on them.
If you'd like to be friends and see my crappy stuff that's fresh off the sketchpad and/or ArtRage canvas just ask. We're not going to be doing makeovers and braiding our hair just yet. Maybe playing with ponies. But that's different. =^ω^=
