Since one of the winners of my raffle did not contact me within the time given, I felt it necessary to do a redraw and choose a new winner in his place. Honestly, if you are going to enter a raffle, be ready to hear the results and respond in the time given. Its just a matter of fairness. I chose two people and one is being redrawn.
