There's always been a bit of a correlation. If one is an often drawn Furry Herm, they will end up in a Trek Uniform.
But correlation is not causation. I wonder if there's a factor I'm missing. I know a lot of Furry Herms tend to be german. Tend to be Spiritual. Tend to be of Social-crippling high intelligence. And finally, Tend to be aged (Or at least, tend to have been in the fandom for a long time.)
But eve in all that, I can't for the life of me find the connection. I'm not.. saying it's abad thing, eehehe... I like the uniform, and often like the interspecie relationship quips that often get placed into the Star-Trek works.
