It's been awhile since I said anything of the sort, but thank you everyone for your continued interest in my art. I never really realized there was this much of an audience for this type of thing and everyday I'm surprised there's others encouraging me to pursue my interests.
I've probably said this a million times now, but I'm still looking to transition to Blender, but nowadays it seems like a long-term goal. If ever I do, there'll be an outage of renders for maybe a month until I actually get a hang of it. This transition may not take so long since it's not like I haven't been using it apart of my render workflow already (retexturing), but I know it'll take time to get things ported or even start making models for the platform myself -- that's my ultimate goal as a 3D artist.
Another update is my pursuit of a new sona. My current one (the chao) is fine and all but it was definitely something I didn't put a lot of effort or thought into. I've been thinking about what it'll be and it will most likely be my first fully-fledged original model. I know I might be the 'headhack/bodyhack' guy (if such a title exists) given how many I've produced in the short time I've been online but I'm kind of tired of the limitations. You may not see so many in the future anymore.
As for the planned comic I wanted to do, but left on hold for a big Halloween collection, I'm not so sure about how it's production will go down. I'm still in the writing stages and I'm contemplating just releasing a transcript instead since I'll have to produce so many original assets for this comic, given I've never done one before. It's definitely a larger undertaking than I could have ever imagined. I don't know if it'll be exactly like I imagined it in my head during the idea's inception, but it'll be a large accomplishment much like the 3D Mariyoshi collection I did earlier this year. It's also a bit risky in my eyes since it's a relationship dynamic I haven't posted yet.
I have been doing fantastically with writing the past few months, though. Progress is coming along fine with my posted works, and I've been working on some continued wips and a few new small things I'm unsure about posting. Vastly simpler than 3d Art to me, I'll admit...
If you're looking for details about these fics, I've got two big oneshots in the works, one's an Xreader on a very underappreciated character, and the other is an OCxOC in a certain terraria-like game that's a little middling in reviews that released sometime in the mid-2010's. Other small side projects include a PvZ GW2 & Heroes inspired fic, a oneshot follow-up to my Kinitopet xreader, a rewrite of a Minecraft Monster School fic I did in highschool, a Spamtenna crackfic that spawned in from what a friend dubbed "a schizophrenic mental breakdown," a Schedule 1 fic that's a little mid but I might end up posting it anyways, two original OC universe stuff of characters I haven't shared publicly yet, and an original work vaguely inspired off of those british small town animal dolls. It's about homophobia.
I've got a lot of things I want to do with my time and college is seemingly always in the way of what I want to do. It's the classic dilemma of having no work/life balance because such a thing doesn't exist.

The future of my time online (and as an artist) has really only begun. Despite thoughts of incompetence, I'm looking to push through with determination.
