Normally I don't write stuff like this for personal reasons, but it's honestly so hard to keep all this bottled up when you just want to find a way to vent and yap about stuff that makes you mad. From a psychological standpoint, it's better if I actually did talk about it because, in a way, it just makes me feel better about the whole thing. And it would be selfish to just not, because this is a hefty one to get off my chest.
Words are not enough about how much I hate this stupid fucking community called the "Animation Meme Community". You might be thinking it's because of the overabundance of people who reuse the same song over and over again on par with TikTok videos or some shit, but it's not the main issue here; my main, recurring issue is the fucking freaks and creeps that fester in that dogshit community. It's honestly kind of funny how they will throw NSFW artists (who haven't done anything wrong, mind you) under the bus because of "moral outrage regarding their work outside of animation", but when someone in that community is straight up abusing children, then all of a sudden, "uwu they deserve forgiveness because they made a mistake uwu".
That's funny, because I didn't recall grooming and being a fucking child predator a mistake. As a victim of childhood abuse myself, it's fucking awful as it is harmful that this is the kind of mentality we have to just adapt to or else "we're ableist" or whatever stupid label they give us.
Yes, these people are no strangers to calling you ableist just for calling out predators, and it's just laughable.
In conclusion: The Animation Meme Community is a hive for the enabling of child abuse.
