i'm sure some of you have heard about his recent death, but i'm also guessing that most of you following me haven't known him. But if you've spent any time on pomf.tv or floof.me you've probably seen him around.
we've chatted and while i never knew him very well it was always nice seeing him on streams and in chats. He was quiet a lot of the time but was always friendly and welcoming. He was a fixture: always present, always a warm welcome, and always supportive and encouraging. i've heard that he was also easygoing in person and helped folks have good con experiences.
He never really talked about his health issues. He never made things about him, but he was always there for everyone else.
i'm sure that many folks on pomf also might not notice that he's not around, at least not right away. But he will leave behind a great absence that will affect us, whether or not it's realized.
Even weirder, being in his Lurk Box. And then of course the fact Telegram wipes your account after whatever duration you set and cannot disable. Eventually, his name will be replaced with "deleted account" and his profile with a ghost, just to rub salt in the wound.

That's pretty much why I exported all of the chats on my telegram group earlier just to have his name on it still when I look back. I've been doing the same thing with pomf chats but there's no way to just export all of it at once, so I have to copy and paste the chat logs manually.
