Anyone who was between 18 and 20 years old in the 80s and 90s must have read and laughed a lot 😂😂 reading the most famous stupidity magazine in the world. I discovered Mad at my neighbor's house and always read it. At first, I didn't like it because I was a child and didn't understand the jokes in the movies I loved. But over time, I started to like it and took it as a joke, laughing like a crazy hyena at the acidic parodies of everything that was successful in pop culture 😜. And I became a fan of legendary characters like Sergio Aragonês, Don Martin, Ota, Dave Berg's ironic side, the hilarious Spy vs Spy and company. I'll never forget the issue where they messed up Halley's Comet's arrival in Brazil with Alfred Neuman's face 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Time passed and as an adult I ended up leaving the magazine aside. Today we live in a boring world full of rules and ridiculous sealing, where any joke with a fictional character becomes a reason for controversy on social media, and the authors always get the blame 😱, and group discussions make everything boring and dull 😞, until one day while browsing online, I found a place where I had ALL THE EDITIONS OF THE MAGAZINE RELEASED IN BRAZIL 😀, and when I reread it, the joy of childhood and adolescence returned to make me happy with each issue I read in the past, and expelling from my mind the ghost of sealing and idiotic rules.
I'm back to being a happy person, always having fun with my friends and siblings, and taking the stupid internet comments as a joke. THANK YOU MAD 🥰🥰 PS, when you're sad or upset, read MAD while listening to your favorite songs and kick your bad mood 😎😎
Do you still read the magazine? ,and what was your favorite edition that made you laugh? 🤣🤣
