Things have been hectic IRL, between abusive drugged up stepdad attacking me and my mom, to being threatened with eviction cause even though I rent a room from my mom the house is on my step grandfathers land and he got upset that I called the cops on my stepdad (his son), trying to get some things settled through things over the phone- having backup plans in case my stepdad tries this again- it sucks. I've been stressed to hell and back- because where I live you call the cops and you're the bad guy so now I'm vilified.
Why am I writing this journal on it? Because I wanna say that I'll still be able to do commissions in a timely manner. It's kind of my only source of income after all lol.
But- I'm aware I'm throwing myself into art as an escape from stress as well, which in itself stresses me out. I just wanna say that if I'm ever slow with a commission or slow to respond- or just anything really- it's most likely IRL stuff going on.
