We are now getting close to August, and with it, my vacation is right around the corner. Things have become a bit more complicated, and my boss continues to pressure me to move it. I need to decide this week what I am doing. Fortunately, everything I booked can be rescheduled. If I move it to winter, things will be different, but the purpose would be the same. Other than that, work remains the same with very little free time and a lingering desire to switch jobs again. Regardless of that, the job market is still weak here, so that is an unlikely prospect.
In terms of writing, things remained slow. I was able to finish another side project, which is now posted in my gallery. So now the only thing on my plate is the shrinking story. I have not started it yet, but I have some plans in mind for it. The raffle and drive are still ongoing and as it stands right now no one has participated. I am hoping more people will show interest in the event. If things continue as they are, I will end it early next week.
