I never really wanted to make a journal like this, but when it comes to a certain someone whose work and content that had gotten you through hard times, or in my case, the COVID-19 pandemic, its hard to not want to speak out against the horrid abuse that they've endured at the hands of a bunch of anonymous losers with nothing better to do in their lives.

If you've lived under a rock or just don't know, Saveafox is a rescue organization that specializes in rescuing foxes from fur farms, illegal ownership situations, and pet surrenders. Most of their funds are raised through donations and such. I've been watching their videos since the absolute hell storm that is 2020. I've been a rather huge fan of Finnegan and Dixie for years now, and just hearing the news was enough to ruin my day (and quite obviously, my week).
The video thumbnail made my heart sink like the bottom of the ocean, mostly because I assumed it was about one of the two well-known foxes there. As it turns out, it was much worse; it was actually Mikayla Raines, the woman who braced this world with her kind heart and love for animals.
I could go on and on about how much of a positive impact she had on the world as a rescuer of foxes, a loving mother, and a dear wife, but I'd like for you to hold onto your seats and try not to blow up when I tell you why: for years, the founder herself had been the target of nonstop harassment from what, as her husband Ethan says in the video, IRL associates, other rescue organizations, and other random degenerate losers with no fucking life. It's even worse when Ethan stated that his wife had autism and BPD, thus making such things like this a horrible situation to deal with.
These fucking sorry excuses of subhuman organisms partook in the vicious harassment of a woman that hasn't done anything wrong, and the worse part is, the subreddit dedicated to dragging her through the mud for no reason at all went fucking private after the news dropped. What a bunch of fucking cowards. "We're cleaning up and removing malicious posts" my ass. They probably went private because they're deadass terrified of the consequences of their actions.
And what makes me want to punch my bedroom wall is that someone from this very fandom (furry, btw) was in on this, and his name is KazeoLion. I honestly hope these pieces of subhuman filth get whatever they deserve for what they did to Mikayla. In all honesty, Reddit needs to address this issue. Literally the entire reason everyone sees the website as "that basement dweller website" is because THESE DISGUSTING MOTHERFUCKERS KEEP ALLOWING THESE SHITBAGS ONTO THEIR PLATFORM. Reddit is already on enough hot water as it is. Whatever type of faith I have for humanity, it's all out the window. Fuck this planet and fuck this place.

TL;DR
A bunch of sad, pathetic, no life having losers bullied, harassed, ragged on, tormented, and outright destroyed an innocent woman for the sole crime of rescuing foxes to the point where she ended up taking her own life. Exactly what kind of a slimy, repugnant, piece of subhuman trash does one have to be to drive such a kind, loving soul to this degree? What backwards, clown world our we living in?
