Coffee Saga, Week 2-4

For about two weeks I have been on two coffees a day constantly :
- Withdrawal symptoms went from only having noticeable pain sensitivity to almost gone
- Migraines after drinking a coffee still happen
- Overall sleep quality improved, deep and especially REM cycles last longer
- Easier time to fall asleep as long I take care to want to sleep (Shower before, not watching videos at midnight etc.)

Figured out days ago that the coffee I have at work might be the problem. After comparing how much coffee there is in those coffee pods I found out there is twice the amount I use to make coffee at home, meaning a coffee at work is about twice as strong. Those pods from what I found out are about 100mg of caffeine each, meaning the coffee I take at home is about 50mg
As a test last Friday I did not take coffee at work and had instead some powder juice mix having 80mg of caffeine, and drank half of it on each break. The usual migraine I would have in the evening did not occur, confirming the idea that the strength is likely the culprit and is less about how much I have in a day

The plan for the next weeks is to remain at 3 coffees a day taking in mind that when I had two a day, one was 50, the other 100mg, and the idea is to take 50mg X 3 by bringing my own brewed coffee at work using reusable pods, or at worse using the same coffee as before but trashing half of it in the drain. Then if I feel a lot better energy wise after work I will remain with that plan, otherwise I will lower to 50mg X 2 every day
