They are trying to change the rules on obscenity to basically remove the requirement that it is meant to cause harm or be malicious, effectively saying all porn is illegal since they would define it as "obscene". Naturally this is going to just be a stepping stone to anything LGBT+ being outlawed as they would claim LGBT+ is by definition pornographic. They are already trying the same thing with trans people and drag shows.
It makes me ask, "Are they trying to revive the Victorian Era?"
The day and time when in some towns: Being in public without a shirt can get you arrested. A woman in public with her dress way above her ankles could be arrested. It being unlawful to hang panties, underwear and braws on an outside clothes line. If you are sexually attacked, it's inappropriate to talk about it. Paperback novels can't use the word "draws", even if it refers to an article of furniture.
