Im honestly not even sure if someone reported me or if it was telegram themselves (maybe because of porn art, idk) I wasn’t given any reason or warning, just got banned entirely

Chance are your Telegram account might be compromised, that's the most common case anyone got ban from Telegram aside from totally obvious ToS violation. There are many case of someone used compromised accounts to advertise cryptos or other illegal stuffs behind the user's back without them knowing.
