Due to the events of the previous year, and the state of the house being in such disrepair, our landlord is kicking us out. She wanted to give us 30 days, but my father talked her up to 60.
So, if you don't see me in the next little while it is because I am homeless, and can't login or draw.
Unless we can find an inexpensive place to rent, I'm going to be probably living either homeless or couch-to-couch or in a basement somewhere. I have no idea what to do.
I've called everywhere. Social Services, Salvation Army, Section 8. No one can help us right now. I'm so sick to my stomach with anxiety I can't even think straight.
Basically, my life came apart, and now we're losing our home that we've lived in for almost twenty years.
I normally don't like to ask for money, but these are extremely extenuating circumstances, and any amount will be greatly appreciated. I even thought about starting a GoFundMe. I am completely out of options.
My parents are disabled and collect social security, and I am unemployed and have been denied four times for benefits. Even once with a lawyer.
If you'd like to make a small donation, any amount is acceptable. Even just a few dollars. I will try to build an amount that might pay the down payment on an apartment or gas, or a uHaul. Any kind of services to alleviate the stress we are about to experience.

I am certain there are tons of furs in your state or nearby that won't mind whatever you draw and would be able to house you until you start getting some sort of an income again. Gotta try!

Going to shoot some fundage over and wanted to mention that if custody was awarded you may be eligible for benefits for the kids - I would speak with CPS and see if there are any options there for them that may help offset costs overall. I would also, if you have not already, apply for medicaid and see if there are any paths there for emergency funds - it can take some hoop jumping but if you can get a social worker involved to dot the I's and cross the T's you may be able to get some bare minimum benefits and it might open up opportunity to go for disability again - please do not give up on that, I know it is hard to keep the faith when you have been shut out like that but every step takes you closer- social worker with medicaid may be what does the trick as far as getting good records of working through the system and what not.

My parents are fighting with my brother for support, but they are in prison still. (My brother and his wife.) So I don't know how they'll be able to pay it.
