cannot upload an image.

I get an error message and cannot upload an image.
Is this happening only to me?

ERROR: Could not create a thumbnail for the file 'p13_r4_eng.jpg'. Thumbnail file was called 'blank' If the file is a PNG, make sure it is in RGB color mode and not Indexed color. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact an administrator.

I was experienced the same. It is IB main server issue. Check the LATEST page frequently and upload yours when new image posted.

I suspected a problem on the server side since it seemed to have stopped posting for over an hour.
I was relieved to see someone else with the same problem.

This was a server error as a side effect of high levels of traffic that should be fixed now. Apologies for the inconvenience!

You can reuse any incomplete submissions in your account by editing the files and details and then publishing them, or just delete them.
