As long as it has appendages no human being has is ok than just skin colors. Just say have no large human skin , must have animal parts n stuff is ok. That doesn't even look like a REAL HUMAN, that looks like a purple dark elf or something. That looks like somebody's anime style drawing of their DND Character. It looks nothing at all like a Real Human Person.

I'm afraid that, in my opinion, I would consider the character you linked to in your post above to be sufficiently "Human-like" to fall foul of this rule.
