Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to explain how my Patreon works for those who are curious or considering joining. My Patreon helps provide me with a stable income while offering rewards that scale based on your level of support. Here’s everything you need to know:
My Patreon operates on a token-based system, meaning you earn tokens each month based on your tier. These tokens do not expire and can be saved up to redeem for artwork.
The Digi-Trainer tier is specifically for polls and does not provide tokens. higher tiers also get to participate in polls, Digi-byte is solely for support.
Patreon bills you monthly on the day you subscribe, and you can adjust or cancel your tier at any time.
Poll Rules (Digi-Trainer Tier & Higher)
Polls are held in my Discord server, where patrons can submit characters and vote. ✅ Suggest up to 2 characters per month (final image may be a sketch or more, depending on time). ✅ Chosen characters sit out for 2 months to keep things fresh! ✅ Winners are picked randomly via wheel spin. If someone wins twice in a row, they are skipped the third time (then reset). ✅ I reserve the right to veto any character or scenario I don’t want to draw (I’ll let you know). ✅ No OCs! Franchise characters and my own characters are allowed. ✅ After characters are chosen, a separate vote will determine the scenario—unless one was already suggested in the original submission.
Token System & Redemption
Each Patreon tier (Rookie and higher) grants tokens monthly, which can be saved and exchanged for artwork at a discounted rate.
🔹 Higher tiers offer greater discounts since they provide more tokens at a greater value, but even the lowest tier (rookie) is slightly cheaper than regular commissions. 🔹 Tokens persist even if you cancel. 🔹 You can redeem one image per month, though sketches may allow for multiple redemptions (case by case basis).
This system helps stabilize my freelance income while giving patrons a flexible way to commission art over time!
