I'd think very hard before doing a tier that's "Subscribing to this essentially gets you a commission!". Seen lots of artists start with that structure and eventually have to revamp it. Polls (of the character/situation/theme variety) are solid, maybe a tier that lets people request poll suggestions, longer form things like comics
