Quick Question

Ive been thinking of starting something like a Patreon or maybe Kofi.
I just don't know which would be easier or won't insta-shut down my account for my content lol

I'm not too knowledgeable in this stuff so y'all lmk that would be great :)

I don't know much about it either, but I've seen alot of artists with similar content use Subscribestar for their art! If you ever make one I know for a fact I'd pay for it :3

if you can start a kofi that probably would be your best bet, kofi is better used as a commission payment page or donation.
I've heard subscribestar is still really hard to get into, but would be a good start if possible.

I wouldn't even bother with patreon unless you want to post nothing on it and just use it as a pay to get into something.
patreon will check other sites on what you post so keep that in mind!

Patreon will 100% ban your account, Kofi is workable but I've seen people be banned off of it before.

Subscribestar is pretty good but their customer support is horrendous and you can end up stuck in limbo waiting for their approval to make an account, pixivFanbox is an option I see a few asian artists use but I don't know much about.

I wouldn't bother with either. Ko-Fi banned me for sexualizarion of minors because they found my ko-fi attached to my Inkbunny. Patreon will do the same. SS is an option, but I'm currently in approval limbo (it's barely been a week, but idk), and fanbox works but idk much about it. Nothing is a super good option for cub folks.

I've had bad luck with Buy Me A Coffee and Stripe, both of em banned me after they caught wind of the kinda stuff I draw. But!!! I reached out to SubscribeStar, who asked me to see my Telegram channel (where I post like, all my art, nsfw too!!) and, after nervously showin em, they still let me make my account!! So I deffernitely feel safer about my content there.

Since we draw kinda similar content, I'd recommend reachin out to em! Their support verification takes a lil while, I figure they're busy, so if you're thinkin of usin em, good to get started as soon as possumble!! :33
