So this thing happened on new years that is kinda neat and kinda like messed up too. So I was kinda just being bored at home and sorta overheard mom Dude talking in the kitchen about new years and like how he would not be okay wit it because of fireworks and stuff.
Oh ya so check it out! He was a Marine! How cool is that! Well he said he still is a Marine because you never stop being one but like anyhow he said he can’t handle them going off because he was in the war and things he doesn’t want to tell me. That is the messed up part that he is kinda broken because who doesn’t love fireworks?? But so anyhow I wanted to help because I think Dude is pretty cool and he makes my mom happy so like that is awesome. So I kinda showed him my secret room.
My dad had music stuff like drums and guitars so the room is sound proofed so I figured we could hang out there or like he could be alone there if he needed to be alone and stuff. We hung out all night and well here is where the totally crazy thing happened he asked if he could marry my mom! Like seriously he asked if I would be okay with it and stuff! Dude cares about family like so much that he wants to be sure I know that he isn’t replacing my dad but would be honored to try to pick up where he left off. I am totally crying now. I know totally ruins my tough girl look but like crazy right??
I said he is going to make an awesome second dad.
