The following update has been applied to all Rothera order forms and must be followed as such.
-Policy update 9/28/12-
In order to commission Rothera Writings, you must provide legitimate proof that the characters involved either belong to you, or you have full permission to use them for a request. If you do not provide valid proof, your request will be terminated.
Examples of legitimate proof are...
Visual confirmation of ownership due to your character on your profile.
A note or email from the non-signing character owner.
Or a duel signature (Aka, you give the form to the other owner, and recieve their full e-signature)
Also, E-signatures MUST be signed with your REAL first name, and last initial, if this is not done, your request will be terminated.
