Thinking of doing something more serious with the cub pits. So far, I just come up with one-shot characters to fight. Going to make some permanent characters, establish some bios, and follow their journey throughout the pits. Maybe even get some art for them. Not sure if I'll bring back the voting system or not but it was fun! Anyway, here's some lore I made to explain a bit of the world.
The world of Cub Pits is heavily influenced by a caste system. All castes fall under the triumvirate. The leaders of the military, church, and business.
Same-sex relationships are common, especially for Pit Fighters and soldiers.
Pit Fighters, once known simply as warriors, are one of the few castes that fall under all three of the triumvirate. For that reason, it’s the most respected and sacred of caste. It’s also why when the triumvirate feels that there aren’t enough fighters or wants certain fighters to procreate, they can order them to do so.
Pit fighters who have children are encouraged to raise them among the parent of the same gender, so they can teach them how to fight and fuck. Just like with the other castes, when the child turns 10, they are sent to train in a caste, specifically the cub pits. An underground arena that trains the cubs to be elite fighters for the entertainment of the populace. They can also be drafted by the military or be called to serve the church.
The cubs are separated by age. 10-13, 14-16, 17-20
