Update. I am home. The attorney requested a delay in the trial so they could better prepare, so I waived the speedy trial option. Luckily they decided not to hold me until the trial which is now scheduled for March giving me time to finish some backed up work. Unfortunately, I did have an episode in the lobby which duplicated the conditions that created the condition in the first place. It lasted for an hour, and died down just in time to go before the judge.

I did what the Constitution says I am supposed to do as a citizen against those who violate the Constitution. My attorney is very confident I won't have to go back to jail, he has clients that did far worse and got them a lesser punishment, but I will always prepare for the worst. They already cancelled jury selection, they certainly don't want the public to hear what they did... I sent every legal document to the news, and even they are afraid to confront the politicians. They protect them just like the politicians protect each other. I am convinced the Constitution was not written for THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES, it was written for THE PEOPLE WHO RULE THE UNITED STATES. The people only have the illusion of freedom and rights. Still I pray that your lawyer can resolve this matter without any more jail time but they laid some rather serious charges on you. Almost as if they're trying to make an example out of your situation for others. The very fact that they lied to you about the taxes in the first place and then wouldn't even try to settle it with you even after you said you would sell the land and leave has me thinking that someone was planning to make a quick buck and hoping that you wouldn't realize what was happening until it was too late.

Yes they are trying to make an example out of me, but strangely they are not announcing it on the news like they usually do, mainly because they know they violated the law.
