I have a serious blood disease, that's why I not posting pictures lately. Luckily it is treatable, and soon I will get the treatment. It will take a long time.

It's such a relatable topic, especially when motivation comes and goes like waves. I’ve been there too, feeling totally stuck and not knowing where to even begin. What helped me personally was finding something that didn’t overwhelm me but actually guided me step by step. I stumbled across MadMuscles a while back, and it kinda clicked for me. It gave me structure without being too intense. Everyone’s different, of course, but finding the right rhythm really changes everything. Anyway, just wanted to share what worked for me!

I've got a lymphoma, and needed medical treatment. Now I'm in almost healthy again, and back to draw^^
