I'm fraid I don't understand

Somebody suggested an "Oshawott" keyword on this submission, and the only thing I'm getting on a Google search is an otter based Pokemon

I can't begin to fathom how that someone thought that looks like an otter based Pokemon...Would be a fun character in a Pokémon game for adults though.
