Having weird internet issues

Certain websites and apps including my bank, discord and deviantart won't load
My computer can't synchronize onedrive

If anyone has any idea what's going on I would appreciate it a lot because I'm at a total loss for what to do

Onedrive shouldn't be effecting these things? Did you try clearing your computer of cookies, sometimes those can interfere with what you're doing? It sounds like it could be those.

Oh well :0 they fixed it, I'm guessing; they ran a scan and told me to restart my computer and it all works again!

Glad it got fixed. If a domain name server goes offline that might happen until you refresh the connection and get a new one (at times this may be your local net service device, or one at the provider). Sometimes old security software might do that too.
